  34. You might also want to consider Reveal's Video Artist system.  It is around
  35. the market for between $300-$400, and is a pretty good NLE, video capture and
  36. playback-to-VHS system.  It only works with 320x240 resolution, so broadcast
  37. quality is out of the question, but I use it to play around with video
  38. editing and capturing my meager animations to tape (for posterity, if nothing
  39. else).  It's a viable interim solution.
